I’m a UX Research and Designer with 7+ years in the creative industry. I craft products and services, focusing on the balance of strategy, championing people and ensuring technologies work for us (not the other way around!). I utilise storytelling to convey empathy and rationale.

As an Instructor at General Assembly, I’ve work alongside 5 UX Instructors, guiding 200+ students into the industry. Facilitation, mentorship and instilling confidence and clarity are but a few tasks that gave me satisfaction over the past 2+ years.

NOT YOUR CONVENTIONAL DESIGN BACKGROUND

I'm a practical thinker with a 'hands on' approach in discovering what's involved with a problem. I prioritise establishing clear objectives and provide a solution working within constraints (love the challenge!).

But nobody said work can't be fun!
